Hydraulic Fitter
£7.50 per hour + overtime, rising to £9 per hour when permanent.

Our Client is a well established tipper bodybuilder manufacturing anything from van chassis cabs to eight wheel vehicles.
Due to recent expansion they are seeking a Hydraulic Fitter for theirBlackburnsite.
Working as part of a small team, this role includes fitting of tipping gears, fabricating subframes / brackets, fitting pump PTOs and cab controls and use of HIAB cranes to manufacture commercial vehicles.
Applicants must have experience as a commercial hydraulic fitter. You must also have the ability to use relevant tools e.g. overhead cranes, grinders, drills, band saws guillotines. Experience of fabrication or MIG welding would also be an advantage.
This is a temporary vacancy which could lead to permanent employment and resultant pay increase for the right candidate.
Hours of work are 8.00am -4.30pm Monday to Friday and 10-15 hours of overtime are usually available before / after work and on Saturday morning, paid at time and a half.
